FECO X3 GA & FECO X3 GM PRODUCT WARRANTY POLICY

1. Scope of Application

This policy applies to all FECO X3 GA (for cars) and FECO X3 GM (for motorcycles) products, exclusively imported and distributed in Vietnam by Thuan Duong Service Development Co., Ltd.

Each product comes with an anti-counterfeit label and an electronic warranty QR code to ensure genuine customer benefits.

2. Warranty Period

Standard warranty period:

• FECO X3 GA (Cars): 05 years or 150,000 km (whichever comes first).

• FECO X3 GM (Motorcycles): 03 years or 50,000 km (whichever comes first).

The warranty period starts from the date of electronic warranty activation via the QR code on the product label.

3. Warranty Conditions

The product will be eligible for free warranty service if it meets the following conditions:

• The product remains intact, without disassembly, structural changes, or unauthorized modification.

• The anti-counterfeit label and electronic warranty QR code are valid.

• The product is used in accordance with installation guidelines and manufacturer recommendations.

• The defect is caused by the manufacturer, not by user error or external environmental impacts.

4. Cases Not Covered by Warranty

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

• Damage caused by incorrect installation or failure to follow technical guidelines.

• External impacts: collision, submersion, fire, explosion, or traffic accidents.

• The product has been tampered with, disassembled, or repaired by unauthorized parties.

• No valid electronic warranty activation record is available.

5. Warranty Process

1. Product Verification: Scratch the coating on the label and scan the QR code to activate the electronic warranty.

2. Contact Support: In case of issues, please call the warranty hotline for assistance.

3. Inspection: The product will be inspected by technicians to identify the cause.

4. Repair/Replacement:

   • If the defect is manufacturer-related → the product will be repaired or replaced as per policy.

   • If the defect is outside warranty coverage → customers will be advised on reasonable support options.
