FECO X3 PRODUCT INSURANCE & SAFETY POLICY

1. International Product Liability Insurance

All FECO X3 products (including GA series for cars and GM series for motorcycles) are covered under a Product Liability Insurance policy registered by Ruding Technology Company – Taiwan and issued by Cathay Century Insurance Co., Ltd. – one of Asia’s leading and most reputable insurance groups.

2. Coverage & Territory

• Coverage Area: Taiwan, Mainland China, and Southeast Asia.

• Effective Period: From December 16, 2024 to December 16, 2025 (renewable annually).

• Insured Entity: Ruding Technology Company – the official manufacturer of FECO X3.

• Insured Products:

  • FECO X3 high-tech fuel-saving & emission-reduction device.

  • Elemaster Home Saving energy-saving solution.

3. Insurance Liability Limits

• Bodily injury / per person: up to TWD 1,000,000 (≈ USD 32,000).

• Bodily injury / per occurrence: up to TWD 5,000,000 (≈ USD 160,000).

• Property damage / per occurrence: up to TWD 1,000,000 (≈ USD 32,000).

• Annual aggregate liability: up to TWD 100,000,000 (≈ USD 3.2 million).

4. Safe Installation – No Impact on Vehicle Structure

• FECO X3 is designed as an external clamp, installed directly onto the fuel pipe and air intake hose using specialized cable ties.

• No wiring, no cutting, no engine modification → preserving the vehicle’s original structure.

• Absolutely safe for both fuel and electrical systems, with no effect on the manufacturer’s warranty.

• Quick installation (15–20 minutes), easy to remove or re-install when needed.
