FROM MARCH 2026: VEHICLES MANUFACTURED FROM 2022 MUST COMPLY WITH EURO 4
According to recent press releases, under Decision 43/2025/QĐ-TTg newly issued by the Prime Minister, effective from 01 March 2026, all vehicles manufactured from 2022 onward operating in Vietnam will be required to meet Emission Standard Level 4 — equivalent to Euro 4.
The detailed roadmap is as follows:
-
Vehicles manufactured before 1999: Euro 1
-
Vehicles manufactured 1999–2016: Euro 2
-
Vehicles manufactured 2017–2021: Euro 3 nationwide;
In Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, these vehicles will be tightened to Euro 4 from 2027. -
Vehicles manufactured from 2022: must comply with Euro 4 from 01/03/2026
This regulation aims to reduce environmental pollution, improve air quality, and align vehicle emissions with international standards.
WHY SUPPORTING SOLUTIONS ARE NECESSARY – AND WHAT IS FECO X3?
The enforcement of stricter emission standards — especially the Euro 4 requirement for post-2022 vehicles — creates challenges for many vehicle owners, as non-compliant vehicles may face restrictions in inspection, registration, and circulation.
In this context, FECO X3 emerges as a practical green technology solution that helps internal combustion engine vehicles (gasoline and diesel) meet stringent emission requirements.
FECO X3 utilizes semiconductor nano-technology with far-infrared emission (8–14 μm), enabling:
-
Optimized fuel combustion, achieving near-complete burn and significantly reducing CO, HC, and NOx emissions.
-
Lower harmful emissions, with several testing sources reporting reductions of up to 99% in toxic exhaust components after installation.
-
Fuel savings of 10–25%, reducing operating costs.
-
Smoother and more durable engine performance, enhancing user experience.
Therefore, FECO X3 can be seen as a “bridge solution” — helping currently operating vehicles improve combustion efficiency and emission output, increasing the possibility of meeting new environmental standards without replacing the engine or purchasing a new vehicle.
